IBD mentoring: the 3rd promotion is launched!!
On May 6 and 7, 2026, Evergreen hosted the kick-off of the 3rd class of the IBD Mentorship Programme. This event brought together 22 participants – 11 mentors and 11 mentees – from 8 Crédit Agricole Group entities, creating a true international hub:
CA Bank Polska, CA Ukraine, AGOS, CreditPlus, CA L&F Germany, CA Egypt, CA Italia et DBI Paris.
These two days marked the start of a year-long journey. On the programme: cross-presentations, sharing of experiences and collaborative workshops, allowing everyone to build relationships and better understand the challenges of an international professional environment.
For mentees, this programme offers personalised support to explore their career trajectory, strengthen their skills and adapt to an international context. Mentors, meanwhile, find the opportunity to pass on their expertise, contribute to the development of the Group's talents and better understand the expectations of profiles with an international dimension.
With this new promotion, the IBD's mentoring programme reaffirms its ambition: to foster exchanges between entities, support talent in their development and strengthen ties within the IBS division and the Group.
