On 26 and 27 November 2025, the Governance and Legal communities of the Crédit Agricole SA group met for a day and a half in Montrouge, for the first time associated with colleagues from IBS entities including CAPFM - Personal Finance & Mobility, CAL&F and DBI - International Banking Development, as well as representatives of Insurance and ESG, including twenty on-site in Evergreen and about 50 remotely

This meeting was a privileged opportunity to get to know our colleagues, law firms and the Spencer Stuart consulting firm for a sharing of expertise and a presentation of new business developments.
The advisory secretariats were able to discuss the new MTPs of the Group, and international banks: ·CA Italia, Agos Italia, · CACIB-Italia, · CA Auto Bank, · CA Bank Polska, EFL (Leasing Poland), CATU & CALI (Insurance Poland), · CA Ukraine, · CA Egypt. Other topics for discussion include associated governance, roadmaps, simplification of governance and comitology, board training plans for 2025/2026 and possible pooling opportunities, as well as the tasks of regulators or IGLs on governance and action plans.
Among the legal topics, the insights focused in particular on environmental disputes, the Omnibus package, the Euribor case, the regulation on AI, the main developments of the ECJ - Court of Justice of the European Union for the consumer credit market.
