For the third year in a row, Crédit Agricole Group has marked its presence at Devox France, the largest independent European conference dedicated to development and programming. With a dynamic stand, three inspiring conferences and engaging events, the Group was able to captivate visitors and share its vision of technological innovation.

A stand at the heart of the action

The Crédit Agricole stand was the scene of a real buzz. More than 60 volunteers, business line, and HR, from 6 Group entities (CAA, CA-CIB, CA-PFM, Crédit Agricole S.A, CA-TS and LCL) animated the space with passion and expertise. They shared their daily work, challenges and enthusiasm for innovation, while answering visitors' questions about career opportunities within the Group.

Two interactive animations particularly appealed to the public: a digital wall to challenge for a popcorn cone, and a rocket wheel offering the chance to win exclusive prizes.

Three high-level conferences

The Group offered three presentations highlighting its technological expertise:

  • AI in the software lifecycle: what opportunities, what limits? by Ghizlane Pacheco, CACIB, Aissa Bouhadjar, LCL and Raphaël Uzan, CASA: Artificial intelligence revolutionizes the entire application lifecycle, from design to production. It automates code generation, optimizes testing, makes deployments more reliable and improves monitoring, while increasing team efficiency. At Crédit Agricole, the adoption of AI is accompanied by a strong demand for trust and security.  During this conference, the speakers shared their feedback, the practices put in place, but also the limitations and challenges encountered. They have thus given concrete benchmarks and levers to integrate AI into projects, while keeping control and control over software quality.

  • Clean Code Matters by Marc Lecanu, LCL: Although often mistakenly considered a simple “nice to have”, the Clean Code is a necessity to produce a legible, maintainable and sustainable code. This presentation aims to raise awareness of the fundamental principles that guarantee this quality in the long term. It will explore the importance of readability, the role of simplicity and consistency, as well as the contribution of SOLID principles and automated testing. The goal is to start with concrete habits, easy to implement on a daily basis, to gradually adopt the concepts of the Clean Code.

  • Vibe-coder heavy with Kilocode! by Steve Rigano and Stéphane Raccurt,-TS: An open-source AI assistant, integrating into all IDEs, and not marked with LLM providers, exists? This talk presented:
    • What is Kilocode: plugin / templates / configuration overview
    • Its various agent modes that make its strength: Architect, Code, Debug, Orchestrator
    • The custom rules, the MCP server, and how Kilocode can integrate with Copilot as well.
    • Then on a live demo to make code an application to Kilocode:-)

A renewed commitment

The visit on Wednesday of Pierre-Yves BOLLARD (Global Head of IT at CACIB), Hugues PISAPIA (Director Architecture Projects Strategy at LCL), Fabrice CHATRON (Head of IT at CAA), Jean-Pierre CORDEIRO (Director Architecture, Integration, DevOps & Dematerialization at CA-TS), underlined the Group's commitment to this event and its teams.

A total of 250 Group employees visited the fair, demonstrating the internal interest in this major event.
