Crédit Agricole's SOC obtains PDIS qualification
CA-GIP's TRINITY Security Operations Centre (SOC) has just been certified as a "Prestataire de détection d'incidents de sécurité" (PDIS- Security Incident Detection Service Provider). This is a major accolade for the Crédit Agricole Group.
The PDIS qualification attests to CA-GIP’s ability to detect, analyze, report and process IT security incidents. It validates the high level of security of the SOC infrastructure, the quality of the processes and the human and technical resources implemented to ensure effective monitoring and response to threats.
After an in-depth audit, CA-GIP’s TRINITY SOC demonstrated its expertise in security oversight, vulnerability analysis and incident management.
This PDIS qualification rewards the continuous investment of the teams to guarantee an optimal level of security for our Group and our clients. It reinforces the trust of our stakeholders and motivates us to pursue our efforts of operational excellence.
This PDIS qualification is obtained by:
- The fruit of hard work over five years
- 900 security requirements to qualify
- 1,200 checkpoints during the qualification audit
- A qualification at the first blast, without cross-auditing.
- Non-conformities: a CA-GIP score lower than the best national SOC PDIS score to date according to several PASSI PDIS auditors.
Congratulations to all the teams and contributors who were asked for this audit and who worked for this qualification, which is the first step in a long process. The teams remain mobilized to complete the following phases.
