The Sustainable IT label (SIT) distinguishes Doxallia, CA-GIP, BforBank and CA-TS for their concrete commitments in favor of a more sober, inclusive and sustainable digital, at the service of the Group's CSR strategy.

The Sustainable IT label in a few words

Carried by the LUCIE Agency and the Responsible Digital Institute, the Sustainable IT label is based on a reference covering the environmental, social and economic impacts of digital technology. It is divided into two complementary levels: a level 1 to initiate and structure the approach, a more demanding level 2, based on an on-site audit and a three-year action plan.

To be labeled level 1, an organization must achieve at least 300 points out of 1000 during a remote external evaluation, for a two-year labeling period. Level 2 requires a minimum score of 500 points, a third-party audit (SGS, Bureau Veritas or Baker Tilly) and a reinforced follow-up after 18 months.

Doxallia – Structuring the approach (Sustainable IT Label 1)

Doxallia has obtained the Sustainable IT label Level 1, which recognizes a first structuring step in reducing the footprint of its digital activities. This labeling is based in particular on the implementation of digital sobriety practices, the attention paid to the accessibility of its services and the integration of responsible criteria in the relationship with its stakeholders.

Level 1 provides a clear management framework, with a two-year progress plan and recommendations from the evaluation to gradually strengthen its Sustainable IT maturity. It provides a solid foundation for preparing, in the long term, a possible rise to level 2.

CA-GIP – Engaged digital infrastructure (Sustainable IT Label 2)

By obtaining the Sustainable IT level 2 label, Crédit Agricole Group Infrastructure Platform (CA-GIP) is demonstrating a high level of demand for the environmental and social performance of its digital infrastructure. This level attests to an approach evaluated on site by a third-party organization, backed by an Sustainable IT action plan built for three years.

This label strengthens the credibility of the company among its internal customers and partners, demonstrating that the choices of architecture, hosting and life cycle management of equipment now include Sustainable IT criteria. It positions CA-GIP as a central player in the responsible digital transformation of the Group.

BforBank – A responsible digital bank (Sustainable IT Label 2)

BforBank has joined the process with the award of the Sustainable IT Label Level 2, becoming a new entrant in this demanding journey. For an online bank, whose model is based almost exclusively on digital channels, this label structures the way in which customer journeys, services and platforms are designed.

Level 2 implies for BforBank to work on the ecodesign of its digital services, the sobriety of uses, the accessibility and the inclusion of different audiences. External audit and monitoring over time ensure the credibility of commitments made to customers, employees and regulators.

CA-TS – Disseminating responsible digital technology at the heart of tech (Sustainable IT Label 2)

Crédit Agricole Technologies et Services (CA-TS) is also labeled as a Level 2 Sustainable IT Company, with an Sustainable IT progress plan included in its project. As a cross-functional technology player, CA-TS plays a key role in integrating SIT requirements into the IT solutions and services made available to Group entities.

The label covers actions ranging from extending the life of equipment to ecodesign of applications, including increasing the skills of teams on Sustainable IT best practices. CA-TS thus becomes a vector for the dissemination and pooling of responsible digital approaches within the Crédit Agricole ecosystem.

A collective dynamic around the Sustainable IT label

By combining a level 1 for Doxallia and levels 2 for CA-GIP, BforBank and CA-TS, the ecosystem is part of a common trajectory of progress, adapted to the realities of each entity. The Sustainable IT label serves here as a common language and frame of reference to drive responsible digital transformation over time.

This collective dynamic contributes to reducing the overall digital footprint, strengthening user confidence and making the commitments made by each of these organizations readable, internally and externally. It also paves the way for new exchanges of best practices between certified entities, for the benefit of the Group as a whole.
