The body of regulations guides you through the intricacies of regulations with an impact on IT systems and technology. To better get to know the body of regulations, please refer to the article published in August 2024 .
The body of regulations is continually being expanded
The wealth of IT regulations and the amount of news on these subjects call for the body of regulations to be regularly reviewed and revised.
The new version presents another 22 regulation summaries. It especially includes the 2024-2030 military planning law, a directive on the corporate vigilance duty, the regulations on instant transfers that came into force in 2024.
Additionally, for each regulation, you will now find the applicable sanctions and applicability criteria.
A dedicated Teams team and webinars to go further together
Already 80 Group and corporate entity staff members have joined the body of regulations with an impact on IT systems and technology Teams unit. This is where you can ask your questions, find contacts, share your initiatives on every subject relating to IT regulations. Join the Teams community !
On 10 December, the Group Architecture and Design Authorities body of regulations team kicked off the first webinar in a monthly series dedicated to IT regulations. This first meeting brought the opportunity to discover or rediscover what was done in 2024 and what will be done in 2025. From 12 December, find the video recording of the webinar on the intranet site dedicated to the body of regulations.
In 2025, the mechanism in place around the body of regulations will be enhanced and completed
An applicability grid and an impact matrix for IT regulations will be delivered in 2025. The Core Team Corpus is being established with Group Departments and Entities to guide the actions of the Corpus, monitor regulatory developments, identify and share initiatives from entities and the Group, and respond to operational questions on regulatory matters.
