| The second edition of Learning Expedition was held from 14 to 16 April 2026, bringing together 23 international managers, representing nine different nationalities and 11 Group entities. Three days of immersion in the heart of our Montrouge and Paris sites to better understand the strategy behind the ACT 2028 strategic plan, share a common vision and strengthen ties within an international managerial collective.
Through discussions with executives and collaborative workshops, participants learned about the Group’s fields of expertise, and in particular those of the International Banking and Services (IBS) Division, Crédit Agricole Assurances, Amundi, CACIB, LCL, the FNCA and the Regional Banks, presented by Crédit Agricole d’Île-de-France.
The aim of this collective experience is to strengthen understanding of the Group’s values, offer a comprehensive overview of the diversity of its business lines and thus promote cohesion among international talent. A truly immersive experience, the Learning Expedition accelerates international managerial succession planning and supports the emergence of committed, multicultural leaders ready to act together to drive the transformation and development of the Group across all our regions. |
