Learning Expedition 2026: preparing tomorrow’s leaders today
The second edition of Learning Expedition was held from 14 to 16 April 2026, bringing together 23 international managers, representing nine different nationalities and 11 Group entities. Three days of immersion in the heart of our Montrouge and Paris sites to better understand the strategy behind the ACT 2028 strategic plan, share a common vision and strengthen ties within an international managerial collective.

Through discussions with executives and collaborative workshops, participants learned about the Group’s fields of expertise, and in particular those of the International Banking and Services (IBS) Division, Crédit Agricole Assurances, Amundi, CACIB, LCL, the FNCA and the Regional Banks, presented by Crédit Agricole d’Île-de-France.

The aim of this collective experience is to strengthen understanding of the Group’s values, offer a comprehensive overview of the diversity of its business lines and thus promote cohesion among international talent. A truly immersive experience, the Learning Expedition accelerates international managerial succession planning and supports the emergence of committed, multicultural leaders ready to act together to drive the transformation and development of the Group across all our regions.

Crédit Agricole is supporting the restructuring of RECAERO*’s share capital alongside the Pobeau family. GSO Capital, SOFILARO and IDIA Capital Investissement, via its Crédit Agricole Régions Développement vehicle, are supporting this new strategic phase of the company, which aims to achieve a new growth cycle, combining organic development with international expansion, particularly in the North American market. Additional financing is being provided by GSO Financement, a private debt fund of the Crédit Agricole du Grand Sud-Ouest Regional Banks. This restructuring will enable RECAERO to fully seize opportunities related to the growing needs of the defence sector.
* Founded in 1993 and based in Verniolle, RECAERO is a group that specialises in the manufacture of spare parts, sub-assemblies, modification kits, and metal and composite parts for the aerospace industry.

Kls deployed at BPCE for monitoring corporate financing
Kls has been awarded the BPCE call for tenders and is rolling out its solutions across all its entities who distribute financing to companies. This is a major step forward in the trajectory of the fintech company created at La Fabrique by CA (Innovation and New Activities Department), which has established itself as the French benchmark for monitoring corporate financing.

This partnership will enable Kls to reach 60% of the French corporate syndication market. A major success that once again confirms the ability of the Crédit Agricole ecosystem to develop technological champions capable of expanding well beyond its own borders.
