Appointments
At a meeting on 20 May chaired by Jean-Marie Sander and held after the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders, the Board of Directors of Crédit Agricole S.A. ratified the appointment of Philippe Brassac as Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole S.A.
On the recommendation of the new Chief Executive Officer, the Board of Directors made the following appointments:
- Xavier Musca as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and second effective manager pursuant to the French Monetary and Financial Code.
- Jean-Yves Hocher as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Head of Corporate and Investment Banking and Private Banking.
- Bruno de Laage as Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Retail Banking France, International Retail Banking, Specialised Financial Services and Payment Systems & Services.
- Michel Mathieu as Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Asset Management, Insurance and Group Central Functions.
The new Chief Executive Officer appointed Jérôme Grivet as Deputy Managing Director in charge of Group finance. He reports to Philippe Brassac and Xavier Musca. The new Chief Executive Officer also reappointed Joseph d’Auzay as Corporate Secretary and Secretary to the Board.
