The must-have digital: since its launch in February 2025, the digital journey has become the main source of acquisition for Ukraine. New profiles have been identified with specific needs and a new approach has been needed or “text trumps voice!” in dealing with these new customers.
After Egypt last April, Polska Bank in June, this is the third time that the T3D division (Transformation, Distribution Développement Digital Credit-Agricole SA) in collaboration with David Saint-Romain, DBI's retail distribution advisor, has given our international banks the opportunity to speak before the RCO Distribution club*
* The Omnichannel Distribution Customer Relationship Club is composed mainly of those responsible for Distributive Transformation, Commercial Animation and Call Centres of the Regional Banks.

“A big thank you to our colleagues Denys Babenko and Romuald Le Masson from Crédit Agricole Ukraine who made the trip especially to speak in front of the Regional Banks and the Group’s businesses during the Omnichannel Distribution Customer Relations Club.
This suspended moment highlighted the quality of the work carried out by Ukraine and the remarkable resilience deployed to maintain our relationship proximity and continue development in Ukraine.
Congratulations on this commitment that inspires us all!”
