Credit Agricole Bank Polska has been awarded three distinctions in the 11th edition of the Instytucja Roku ranking - one of the most highly regarded rankings in Poland. At the same time, 26 of the bank’s branches have received the title of "Best Bank Branch" in Poland.

Instytucja Roku is the largest and most comprehensive project in the market focused on the quality of customer service in banks. The aim of the project is to systematically monitor service standards and identify banks that best meet customer needs.

High-quality service at Credit Agricole

In this year's 11th-edition ranking, CABP took second place in the categories of "Best Mortgage Service in the Branch" and "Best Remote Mortgage Service". The jury also awarded the bank third place in the "Best Remote Account Opening Process – Opened via Selfie" category.
These awards are strong recognition of the everyday commitment of our teams and the quality of our solutions. Best Bank Branches in Poland
 

In addition to awards for banks, Instytucja Roku also recognizes the quality of service at individual bank branches that compete throughout the year for the title of "Best Bank Branch in Poland." In this year's edition of the ranking, 26 branches of the CABP were awarded this title.
We want to distinguish ourselves by our relational model of working with clients. The highest quality of service and support for our clients occupies a strategic place in this model. Such distinctions are always a cause for pride and joy, especially since they are awarded by an independent institution. Many of our branches set achieving this title as their goal says Damian Ragan, vice president of the Credit Agricole bank's management board.

 

About the study
13 banks operating on the Polish market were involved in the project and evaluated in 12 main categories covering four client segments: retail, wealthy, private banking, and corporate. The study was carried out throughout the year, and the quality of service was assessed by real clients interested in the most important bank products, such as a personal account, offer for children and youth, savings and investment products, credit cards, mortgage loans, and solutions for small businesses. The efficiency and friendliness of bank product purchase processes were also analyzed – both in branches and remote channels. The scope of functionalities in mobile applications and online banking was also verified.
