Accelerating together: turning diversity into collective strength
During our Group’s Gender Diversity Week 2026, we proudly reaffirm our commitment to making diversity and inclusion (D&I) a catalyst for change. Our differences are a real asset that we are dedicated to recognizing and empowering, as we leverage the unique perspectives of our teams, clients in France and across the globe. This year, as we align our efforts with International Women’s Day, let’s look at the concrete actions we’ve taken to foster equal opportunity.
Vision & understanding: fostering behavioural change
To transform everyday behaviours, we are scaling awareness and engagement initiatives across our business lines and regional banks. This includes the Diversity Fresco, audacity workshops (CA-CIB), and sessions on cognitive biases. We also host exchange days for referents and sponsor directors (regional banks) as well as inclusive diversity networks (Potenti’Elles, AWN, Great, etc.) that are open to all.
Campaigns to champion representation and role models through the Women in Tech series - in French below (CAPS and CA-GIP), podcasts (CA Italia), and global testimonials - including portraits of female managers at CAPFM and Amundi’s Olympe career videos for girls. Other initiatives include events to dismantle stereotypes, such as TECH4GIRLS (CA-GIP) and partnerships with Les Intrépides de la Tech, Becomtech, and Elles Bougent (CA-TS and other entities).
The signing of the #StOpE commitment establishes a Group-wide foundation for preventing sexism. This is reinforced by poster campaigns (CA-GIP, CA S.A.), immersive VR workshops (CA-CIB, Indosuez), interactive challenges (CASA), and HR conferences (LCL, CA-TS). Educational tools span multiple regions (CA Ile de France, CA Brie Picardie, CA Charente Périgord, CA Des Savoie, CA Toulouse 31, CA Finistère, CA-TS etc.) alongside inclusion workshops (Indosuez–Degroof Petercam). These efforts are backed by concrete measures including salary catch-up packages and non-discrimination training for recruiters.
Work-life balance and parental support initiatives drive a more equitable distribution of responsibilities, fostering true equal opportunity. A cornerstone of this commitment is the extension of paternity leave to 28 days at full pay, implemented both in France and across our international operations.
Frontline action: accelerating careers and opening opportunities
A powerful catalyst for change, the Group's mentoring program mobilizes executives, managers, and employees across France and Europe; notably, 44% of mentees advanced their careers within a year of participation. Local initiatives bolster this momentum: CA Assurances offers joint schemes for young talent alongside dedicated modules for women’s development, and specialized programs are also available through our regional banks.
Leadership programs actively dismantle barriers and cultivate ambition: Elles Comme Leaders (LCL), Lead(H)er (CA S.A., open to all genders), and CA Egypt’s participation in the International Women Summit. Regional banks drive collective action via the 10 Commitments to Gender Diversity, while the Accélérateur scheme propels junior profiles into roles of responsibility. Complementing these are communication campaigns promoting the value of this training.
This action extends to cross-company commitments, including participation in the EVE and Diafora programs. These initiatives serve as true incubators, cultivating leaders who are equipped to drive profound cultural and managerial transformation across the Group.
Beyond the bank: economic independence and entrepreneurship
Financial literacy and women’s empowerment complement our gender diversity initiatives: from Amundi’s collaborations with Club Landoy to CA Ukraine’s Created by Women 2026 award promoting female entrepreneurship. Social impact remains central, including fundraising for women’s shelters (Indosuez Luxembourg) and the LCL’AIDE scheme for victims of violence. At CA Italia, the One woman, one job, one account project integrates the Top of the Tips campaign with specialized commercial offers and legal assistance - including cost coverage - for employees facing domestic violence.
Our collective commitment thrives through skills sponsorship. While several regional banks have successfully deployed these programs, Crédit Agricole S.A. Group empowers employees in France to engage directly with grassroots inclusion initiatives
Together, let’s move forward and make diversity a powerful driver of our shared cohesion, transformation, and success.
