From 9 to 13 March 2026, our Gender Diversity week celebrated those who bring to life our commitment to equal opportunities every day. Five days of meaningful discussions and concrete actions with colleagues from across the globe to keep driving progress together.

And we pursue our actions!

Find out more about ongoing commitments.

Check out the replays below and the training / other initiatives available all year round.

  • March 9 - The power of trust

Often seen as innate, trust is in fact a powerful, collective driver in the at workplace. This event organised by CACEIS with the Yes We Are agency helps us to move beyond preconceived ideas, understand what strengthens or undermines trust and identify the barriers that can affect women and men alike. When you watch the replay, you will gain practical tools to better recognise your own value, build up confidence to find your space, and help create professional environments where everyone feels entitled to speak up, collaborate, innovate and grow.
  • March 12 - Men & Women: We’re all allies against sexism
