As part of their business, the Group’s entities are developing solutions to promote more responsible consumer demand and behaviour, including through Olinn through CAL&F.

Another example of the many proposals is that of LCL, which offers students a €160 discount on the purchase of a computer with Olinn* when opening a bank account and a savings account. Marketed by LCL and the Regional Banks, Crédit Agricole Assurances’ HRM offer also offers solutions that promote eco-responsible sectors.

Sline's solution, developed by CAPFM and La Fabrique by CA, allows all merchants to offer a rental offer to their customers including scoring, financing, return and end of life of the product. It is offered via Sofinco in 90 Fnac stores for the rental of high-tech products. Sofinco also promotes 0% credits for purchases of sustainable products at Fnac Darty, subsidised rates for Darty Max policyholders and financing of second-hand goods at its partners.

The preservation of the environment and natural resources is also at the heart of CAA’s concerns. In claims management, repair is preferred as an alternative to replacement.

In its new Habitation offer, the insurer undertakes to promote the repair, then the reequipment via reconditioned goods, second-hand or new.

For nearly 20 years, CAA, through its property and casualty insurance subsidiary Pacifica, has been developing its partnership with Darty in the repair, replacement and reprocessing of household appliance waste.
Since January 2023, Supporter, which carries out the diagnosis and repair of the products of policyholders affected by the home contract, completes the system and improves response times. A capital and operational partnership was recently established with Murfy, an expert in the repair and refurbishment of household appliances. Thus, in the event of electrical damage claims covered by the multi-risk home offer, Supporter may be mandated to perform repair services on products. If the products cannot be repaired, Supporter sends a mission to Darty to replace them or to Murfy to offer refurbished equipment.

As part of the All Mobile Insurance offer for all mobile electronic devices in the home, repair and replacement by a reconditioned device are preferred.

Finally, in its Automobile Insurance offer, Pacifica favours ice-breaking repairs. This practice has also been promoted by its authorised body network, ASSERCAR, which since 2017 has been encouraging the use of the reuse part (PRE) among 2,000 partner repairers through the management of their activity.

In the real estate sector, Crédit Agricole Immobilier integrates reuse materials into its activities. Since 2020, it has been involved in the Re-use Booster, which brings together the players in the sector and which aims to encourage the development of the reuse of materials through, in particular, training sessions and a collaborative platform. In new or rehabilitation projects, the use of re-use materials is systematically studied.

Regarding mobility, Drivalia, CA Auto Bank’s rental and mobility company, is continuing to develop the Drivalia Future solution in Italy, which allows individuals, professionals and companies to acquire a vehicle from previous rental or subscription contracts.

The Group’s asset managers, for example CPRAM through CPR Invest - Circular Economy or Amundi through solidarity funds that invest in unlisted securities of circular economy companies, offer the opportunity for investors to participate in the dynamic of the circular economy.

Another initiative is that of the Atlantique Vendée Regional Bank, whose fund dedicated to innovation has invested in Move&Rent since 2020, which not only offers a turnkey furniture rental service but also reuses its furniture. So 142 tons of furniture found a new life. In addition, its Innovation Agency funds Smala, which democratises second-hand clothing for children.

* This offer is also being tested in the Alpes Provence, Lorraine and Pyrénées Gascogne regional banks.

Car sharing

Agilauto Partage, join  subsidiary of CAPFM and CAL&F, is the Group’s first electric car-sharing service. Initially launched in the community of municipalities of the Pays de Fayence in partnership with Crédit Agricole Provence Côte d’Azur, Agilauto Partage aims to roll out its service in 10 other communities of municipalities by 2026. With the support of Crédit Agricole de Lorraine, on December 16, it obtained the management of the car-sharing service of the community of municipalities of the Lunéville territory in Baccarat and of the territorial and rural balance pole of the Pays du Lunévilllois.

It now offers its solutions to businesses. Agilauto Partage Pro is available at CAPFM headquarters in Massy. Employees have access to a fleet of electric vehicles for business or personal travel.
