At Group Human Resources (RHG), headed by Pierre Deheunynck, François Galland has been appointed head of “Compensation and Employment Benefits”.
François Galland began his career in the group insurance sector at Swiss Life and then at La Mondiale. He joined the Mercer consulting group before helping to found the EADS Group, first as “Compensation and Benefits” Director and then as “HR Policies” Director based at the group's Munich headquarters.
Since 2005 he has worked for the AREVA Group, where he was “Compensation and Performance Management” Director. Mr Galland, 50, is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and has a degree in philosophy from Paris-Sorbonne University.
